Our projects take us around the world, working with diverse teams and cultures in both public and private sectors. We help unlock markets for women in trade covering all industry sectors. Our approach is flexible and customised geographically and culturally.
Training workshops on access to finance, access to markets, access to information and resources, export readiness, e-commerce, pitching for business, unconscious bias and more. We collaborate with key organisations to bring the best available expertise in dynamic, interactive workshops, with commercial outcomes being the objective.
Research begins with analysing the status quo and identifying gaps and barriers affecting women in business, with a view to developing strategies to address the gaps. With trade institutions, we examine and identify service delivery deficits for women-led businesses and design programs to close the gaps.
Our e-mentoring program matches aspiring and emerging women exporters, with senior experienced women mentors in international business. The program objective is to launch women-led businesses internationally. We also design and develop mentoring and coaching programs for organisations.
By mapping an ecosystem supporting women entrepreneurs, or women in business, we can identify the obstacles and opportunities for growth and improvement. We deliver a strategic analysis, in collaboration with stakeholders, outlining an action plan for growth and the economic empowerment of women.
We work with corporates and TPO institutions to design and develop genderised supplier diversity programs, exploring unconscious bias and creating opportunities for women-led business and other minorities to equally access procurement prospects and the global supply chain. Women-led businesses are trained in pitching techniques and matched with business in B2B sessions.
We design and implement gender audits for institutions and corporates. Common audits for the purposes of gender mainstreaming and equity analysis include gender pay gap audits; recruitment, development and promotion audits, and women in leadership audits.
