We support organisations to develop strategic initiatives and transformational solutions, that fuel female enterprise development around the globe. We build capacity, provide training and templates, transofrm processes and ecourage entrepreneurial activity.

 

Listed below are a selection of recent projects:

UN, International Trade Centre, Women in Trade, Indian Ocean Rim Association project, Sri Lanka

Supporting women-led businesses to access global value chains. Working with the leadership and senior management team of multiple Trade Promotion Organisations (TPO), this project required the development and implementation of a strategic plan to work with multiple stakeholders (in PPP’s) to support access for women-led businesses into global value chains. Outcomes included the development of an innovative service line in TPO’s for women entrepreneurs and the delivery of various modules including unconscious bias, service delivery analysis and futureproofing, capacity building for senior management teams and women-led businesses, mentoring, B2B matching, pitching training and development of a supportive ecosystem.
