DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
In order to mainstream gender in an organisation, it requires coherence between internal and external strategies. Before any sustainable change can occur, senior leadership buy-in is an essential first step. Communication of the objective and policy and process change is the foundation of a successful change management program. Often the first step is a gender audit to establish the baseline.
We work with clients to identify factors that are hindering gender equality in the workplace. A deep dive, consulting and collaborating with all levels of the organisation, provides us with a map of the current ecosystem. Our projects emphasise the importance of communication to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and able to input into the process along the way. As a result of this 360 degree inclusion, outcomes are generally empowering for all employees. Collaborating with critical stakeholders, we develop a coherent plan of action for address the barriers and develop an inclusive strategy and action plan.
